Welcome back to Reviews By Dani! I’m excited to introduce you to another creative small business that I think you’re going to have so much fun checking out. This time, we’re heading into the world of SG3Printing, a shop filled with decals, laser-engraved creations, apparel, downloadable designs, and so much more. What really caught my attention about SG3Printing is that this is a business with a huge creative background behind it, and there are already so many different things available with even more coming in the future. In this post, I’m going to introduce you to the person behind SG3Printing, share the story of how the business got started, talk about the different products they offer, and give you a closer look at what makes this shop so unique.

Meet the Person Behind SG3Printing

SG3Printing started a little over three years ago with an Etsy shop and has since expanded to eBay and Amazon, with Etsy still being the top seller. While the business itself is fairly new, the experience behind it goes back decades. The owner has about 25 years of experience in the graphics and printing industry, including 10 years in management, and has spent nearly four years working for an agency where Photoshop is a big part of the job. Their love for Photoshop has also led to past work restoring old damaged photos and retouching images for photographers. Photo restoration and retouching are still available upon request! There’s also a special meaning behind the name. SG3 stands for Salvatore Giametta III, the owner's son. “Printing” was added because the goal was always to grow beyond just one type of product, and that’s exactly what SG3Printing continues to do!

The Custom Clock

One of the pieces I was able to have custom made by SG3Printing is this 10-inch wooden clock, and I am absolutely in love with how it turned out! I approved the design featuring a beautiful beach scene and my last name, making it a completely personal piece that feels like it was made specifically for my home. The beach design gives it such a fun, coastal feel, and I love how the natural wood adds to the look. Seeing my last name incorporated into the design makes it feel even more special and custom, rather than just being another decorative clock that you could just purchase anywhere. I also love that SG3Printing was able to take my idea and turn it into an actual finished piece. The attention to detail is beautiful, and it’s definitely something I’ll be excited to display in my home. It’s such a great example of how you can take a simple idea and turn it into something completely unique and personal!

The Personalized Monogram Whiskey Glass

Next up is this personalized 11oz whiskey glass, and I absolutely love the laser-engraved monogram! It has such a classy look to it. There’s something about personalized drinkware that makes it feel so much more special than a regular glass, and I think this would make such a great gift. The laser engraving gives the glass a really clean, polished look, while the monogram adds that personal touch. I love how simple but elegant it is, making it something that could easily be used for a special occasion or enjoyed as an everyday favorite. This would also be such a fun gift idea for birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, Father's Day, or really anyone who loves having a personalized piece that feels like it was made just for them. It’s another great example of the customization options available through SG3Printing! While it’s obviously perfect for enjoying your favorite drink, you definitely don’t have to use it just for drinking! I think it would also make a really cute decor piece displayed on a bar cart, shelf, or home bar.

Final Thoughts on SG3Printing

I really enjoyed getting to learn more about SG3Printing and seeing just how much creativity and experience goes into this business. From the personalized clock and engraved whiskey glass to the decals and other custom creations, there are so many different options to explore. One thing I especially love is that SG3Printing is constantly growing and adding new capabilities. A new, fairly expensive piece of equipment has recently been added, making it possible to create pieces like my clock using five layers of intricate laser-cut wood. The new laser engraver also opens the door to even more detailed and creative projects. There are even more exciting things in the works, including the ability to create full-color stickers instead of only cut-out decals, foiling on items such as wedding invitations, and creating screens for screen printing.

And with plans for things like 3D printing and embroidery in the future, there’s definitely a lot to look forward to! I love supporting small businesses that are continuing to learn, invest, grow, and find new ways to bring their customers' ideas to life.
