Carrie Neal, the heart behind Altar and Quill, is an outgoing and joy-driven professional based in Canton, Michigan. With a background in Human Resources and over 15 years of experience as an Executive Recruiter, Carrie has spent much of her career connecting with people from all walks of life, listening to their stories, understanding their journeys, and helping guide them through meaningful transitions both personally and professionally. Her ability to build trust and create genuine connection has become a defining part of who she is and how she serves others. Outside of her professional world, she is a proud mother of two, a dedicated dance teacher, and a lifelong enthusiast of books, hockey, Disney, and anything that brings creativity and joy into everyday life. Whether she’s coaching young dancers, cheering on the Red Wings, or getting lost in a good book, Carrie brings the same energy everywhere she goes.
